How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For pre-order items, your order will ship on or around the release date listed on the product page.
Can I return a vinyl record or CD if I have opened it?
To be eligible for a return, physical media such as vinyl, CDs, and cassettes must be unopened and in their original shrink-wrap. Defective items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
